Rush Order – Products are manufactured in 3 working days upon the receipt of the order, provided that the art has been immediately approved. Additional charges may apply on rush order. Minimum Order – minimum quantity varies depending on the type of the items. However if items are doable on the below the minimum, charges may be apply. Pre-Production Proof – Customer can always ask for a pre-production proof to ensure quality. A sample of imprinted item is done in a normal production time. We ship the pre-production proof prior to proceeding of the actual production of all the items. Cancellation – Cancellation should only be made before the actual production. However, we immediately go to production once a proof is approved by the customers. If you have changes or cancellation of your order, please contact us immediately. You will be charged on the original quote when changes or cancellation is made during production. And if an item has begun the production, we cannot stop or change the order. Payment Method – Saybasic accepts credit card as a method of payment. You can pay either by using Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover. Shipping – We ship items after production at the shipping method that you choose in order to meet your in hands date. Any changes of the shipping method or change in the address where the items shall be delivered, please notify us immediately. However we could not make any changes once the package has already been dispatched. Return Policy – Any orders do not meet your requirement within the 30 days of your purchase's arrival can be returned.
