How do I place an order?
- There are two ways of placing an order. You can either place it online or over
the phone by calling our Account Executives. However it is always best to call our
Account Executives to give you more information about the ordering
process.
How do you process an order?
- Once we get information about the items that you
have ordered, we get your credit card information-your exact name that
appears in your credit card, billing address, and also expiry date. However we also get your shipping
address and in hands date.
Where can I find the product number?
- On top of the image, there’s a five digit
number, and that is the product number.
What is an In Hands Date?
- This is the date when you exactly need the items
delivered to you. If you have an
event, please take note of the production time whether it is doable or
not. By placing order on line where
you put the in hands date on the note, it is important to check the
production time of the items. If
you place an order on line, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to
deliver it on the in hands date that you have specified. That is why, it is important to check
the production time with your event.
What is a Production Time?
- It is a time frame when items ordered are in the
process of production. This
excludes the shipping time.
Can I place an order online?
Do you get my credit card information over the phone?
- Yes, we get the credit card information over the
phone to process your order.
How long is the regular shipping?
- Regular shipping runs around 5-7 business
days. We consider regular shipping
as a default when you did not specify the in hands date.
Can I use my own shipping account?
- Yes, you can use your own shipping account if
you have it with FEDEX, DHL or UPS. Please take note that shipping cost is always estimated.
